I wrote an email to the Principal of Etowah HS- Cherokee County- asking how and who make this decision to select the studio. Only in 2018 there was a different one (For the life of me I can't remember the name but the studio was on 41 up the street from White Water)- they had so many more options and I didn't have to look at the cost of a package that was equal to my mortgage- it's criminal! Someone has a kickback, my understanding is that the school itself gets some bit of the profit.

I've never used their services. That sounds horrible. I'm sorry that you & daughter had that experience.

I think it is way over the deadline

The school is supposed to give notices for all deadlines, especially senior portraits. There are so many big schools and seniors that go through this studio. They should give information on the school websites so parents are aware of deadlines. I believe you can also sign up for texts and emails so you're not rushing to book sessions.

Hi! The deadline date for seniors to be photographed is October 6th.

Also, I believe you can cancel via phone call and it's seems easy and I said that because when my daughter had her appointment we were able to change the time to go with our time but remember they're almost always booked so if you can keep the appointment and just maybe change the time that might be better but it's up to you.

Hi Brenda, unfortunately we do not. Our studios are for high school senior portraits only.

I had Hillgrove pictures in July, and they shipped to wrong address (???). Finally showed up 5 weeks later after 3 calls to Cady
