Also, I believe you can cancel via phone call and it's seems easy and I said that because when my daughter had her appointment we were able to change the time to go with our time but remember they're almost always booked so if you can keep the appointment and just maybe change the time that might be better but it's up to you.

If you scheduled there should be an email from them with options and contact information on how to cancel or reschedule.
