The gym has a well thought out layout, few unique features such as a tire flipping apparatus, some ropes, a cardio theater where they play movies, upstairs there's classes for all kinds of fitness exercises or just a quiet space to do some yoga, they have a hydro bed and a tanning bed when I first signed up they didn't have the steam room available but the owner says that it should be available soon. Definitely a gym for any fitness person across any level of experience or age.

Decent gym but really overpriced. Switching to a cheaper gym with the same options for only $10 a month. Also, they're cancellation is ridiculous. You cant cancel over the phone and I couldn't figure out how to cancel from the website they gave us. So now I have to pay for another month I wont use. Nice going. Way to treat your customers.

I Love this Gym, & Love the staff! Very helpful team. One of the team members Michael has really good pointers on working out. Lots of different equipment for lifting & cardio, Heat sana, & a hydro message! Showers included, bring a towel! Been going here for a couple years now.
