My spouse and I recently moved to McKinney Lane and we have had the absolute best experience with Pam!! Our application process took forever but she was so gracious and willing to help us figure it out and troubleshoot, she ALWAYS helps us right when we need it and takes ownership of whatever is going on. When we walked into our place on moving day there was a fragrance plugged into the wall and it smelled like a dream, and she left us a little basket of housewarming goodies. I have nothing but good things to say and genuinely wish we were related. 💜

I am a medical student at WesternU in Lebanon and lived here for 2 years. I moved out to start clinical rotations elsewhere. I really liked that the apartment was close to a grocery store and close to campus (walking distance to multiple grocery stores, 5 minute drive to campus). Management is really accommodating and ensured that any problems I ran into were resolved quickly, often fixing the problem within a few hours. I would highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone moving to Lebanon for medical school, or anyone who is relocating for other reasons.

We've been living here for almost a year now. Although we aren't planning on renewing our lease I do enjoy the quite environment. Everyone kind of keeps to themselves and sends a smile your way every now and then. Maintenance/inspections happen, I wanna say every other month. It's a bit pricey to have them change a light bulb for you but I can live with changing my own lights (I agreed to everything before moving here). The biggest reason we're moving is that I just want there to be different amenities on/in the complex- fitness center, pool, etc.

I have lived at McKinney Lane Apartments for over two years and absolutely love it. My studio apartment has an amazing amount of storage including a pantry, a huge walk in closet, and a built in floor to ceiling bookcase. It is purrfect as well because my two cats are welcome. Pam is the most amazing manager. She returns calls promptly and ensures everything gets done that is needed. Shortly, there will be a maintenance person on site, so the service will only get better. I know several of the tenants as well (since moving here) and there is a sense of community. Pam helps by occasionally throwing a party. In August, we had a BBQ and this week is a Christmas party. I would highly recommend living at McKinney Lane Apartments!
