Holiday Inn Express & Suites Decatur, an IHG Hotel

We stay at alot of hotels. The only complaint I have here are the pillows. But pillows are always a complaint from me. This is the first hotel in a long time that the temperature was consistent the whole night, which made for a comfortable night's sleep. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was wonderful. The staff were friendly. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. For those of you that need it...they have charging stations for your electric cars.

Staff here is completely rude. Room looks clean but smelled a bit musty. Told front desk and they just brushed off my wife.

I travel quite often, and I will always seek out IHG hotels for their friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great breakfasts! Keep up the great work, I have recommended you too many of my coworkers and friend. See you next time!

First room had very bad odor(smelled like urine rm 202). Asked for another and the bathroom door would not close( rm. 323) Mold between tile and tub. Hanging light stopped working. Garbage was overflowing 2 days at breakfast bar. Floor in breakfast area was sticky. 2 out of the 3 tread mills in exercise room were out of order. Some staff were unmotivated and did not seem to care about the hotel or the guests.
