It’s been manny years since I had a loan through Reliable Credit. Probably almost 10 years. Since then, my credit is now excellent, hovering around 740-760. When I was with Reliable Credit, I was at an abysmal 520. At the time my choices were very limited for loans. That’s what I get (got) for being irresponsible with money, starting at a young age. Lesson learned! With that said, my experience with RC was pretty good. My interest rate was high, I get that. I was considered high risk and honestly… would I want to borrow money from me? Lol. I made it a point to make higher payments to pay less which did work out pretty well. RC more or less left me alone so long as I made my payments on time. If I did find myself being a few days behind, simply calling them and letting them know as early as I could went a long way. If I remember right, their CS wasn’t great… but it wasn’t awful. I remembered to try and remind myself that a large portion of their clients were legit deadbeats who were constantly late on their payments or flat out didn’t pay at all (I did get to chatting with one of RC agents when I finally paid off my loan in full). While some like myself were just learning a hard lesson after being terrible with finances, a lot of what they have to put up with would probably make you a bit edgy too. But I digress. Would I use RC again? No way. Not ever. I went from having to pay 18 percent interest to now 1.6 percent. But if its the only option ya got and you need wheels, it might be worth looking into.

Worst credit union ever, bein payin over 3 years+ over 24% interest rates, tried to get it down they said no, kept paying tried to work with them but still they say they can’t do anything, wouldn’t refinance nothin, there not worth goin to cuz they don’t work with you. DO NOT GO HERE not worth it cuz they just want money An not your best interest

Reliable credit was great to work with! I was looking to rebuild my credit and they were able to get me approved for a motorcycle loan when NO ONE else would even give me the time of day. Although their interest rates aren’t the best, beggars can’t be choosers sometimes and I actually ended up taking another loan through them when I traded in the first motorcycle I purchased, for a new one. They were easy to work with, easy to pay your payments online with no fees I might add and my experience with them was all and all a good one. I would recommend them to anyone trying to rebuild their credit!

Trying to get a loan with this company was like pulling teeth. Very disrespectful. I'm so glade that I did not get a loan with this company, (ended up getting easier approval with an amazing interest rate with another company) interest rate was beyond reasonable and the loan person kept questioning my employment after providing multiple paystubs, and multiple phone numbers to verify employment. I'm so happy I did not get a loan with reliable because if it was that trouble some to get a loan I can't imagine working with them for 84 months.

That depends on how you want it . You have to let them know which way you want it to go
My experience has been good easy to get loan, not having great credit. Interest rates high in the 20% range
Go to there website and go to the bottom of the page and click the make a payment link and during process you can set up an auto payment or do a one time payment for your account. Best of luck
They just lend 1000 dollars
They won't take them if you make your payment. I think they auction them off to try to recoup the money from the defaulted loans.
I dont think so they arent a loan place like that more like a bank and they deal with vehicle loans when purchasing a vehicle not a loan against one.
They'll give loans to ppl w/ not so good credit. Beware, customer service is awful, they're very disorganized and they'll charge you insane interest rates! Plus loan fees! Then they'll try to sneak in insurance on top of that! Make sure you read the small print!
You can call, pay online or drop off check. Very nice people who make it easy and pleasant to work with
It seems like this is a common problem as they couldn't find my account either
You have to let them know whats going on and they will probably re schedule your payments, just give them a heads up, communication is the key
