I've lived here close to 10 years. The owner of this older trailer park is a nice lady, however she takes a hands-off approach to running the place. The laundry room smells like moldy sweat socks and I found hard feces in one of the washing machines. Ever since then , I've been going to the laundromat down the road by Safeway. It's otherwise mostly a quiet peaceful place to live. Folks tend to mind their own business which is nice. We used to have managers here who gossiped horribly about the residents who live here. Now that they are gone I don't miss them.
