The nurses are rude. A girl asked for water for her dog and the nurse just ignored her and left through the back door. They have no manners or respect for anyone. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered a nurse being very disrespectful for someone needing help.

I have had many visits to the lab at Lebanon Community Hospital. I would like to give a big "Thank you!" to the staff there and commend them for their professional and caring service. I feel I've always been well cared for in every department at LCH, but I wonder if the Phlebotomists get the appreciation they deserve. I took my 18 month old in for lab work and the two ladies that were there worked beautifully as a team and were so very helpful. Thank you, ladies! I wish I'd gotten your names.

Terrible service ! Go some where else ! I grew up in lebanon. And now travel to eugene because the kind of mistakes they make frequently cost lives ! It cost my grandmother her life they called a heart attack a uti, we took her to another HP but it was to late.....

The Lebanon hospital is a very good hospital. Is it a OHSU? No but for the town of Lebanon it is. I spent 33 days in a bed with the covid pneumonia, and survived because the staff worked together. From the time I entered the emergency room, until the day I was discharged, everyone was great. I thank the medical staff for everything that they did while I was there.
