Wayne was amazing!! My favorite person there besides my friend that works there. Great customer service, clean rooms, comfy beds, close to the Bay. They also have free coffee& cookies!!! Bagged breakfast was very good also.

Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for the area and the room was clean and tidy!! Dog friendly and our chihuahua was quite comfortable as well!! Negative: The door to the room needs to be repaired. The door would lock without almost slamming it shut!!

Overall, I wouldn't make it a point to stay here. But it worked well for a quick overnight stop. THe staff were kind and welcoming and truly did try to accommodate as much as they could given some amenities that weren't available due to COVID. However, my main complaint is how poorly they communicated about these changes before we arrived. I felt like we paid a high room price, but got none of the things we expected during our stay. First, the pool was closed. Again, entirely understandable due to some remaining pandemic complications and getting the pool up and running again. BUT, we didn't know until checking in. Also, we were kind of excited about the waffle and breakfast bar in the morning. However, due to COVID, we were asked to order from a smaller menu and the food would be ready for us to pick up. While understandable, it just sort of sucks to pay as much as we did for the night without the amenities touted by the hotel.
