We enjoy shopping at this store, bought chairs and table for deck but had to return cause it wasn't designed right to assemble so we checked reviews and read where 4 out of 5 had a problem. Employees should be able to assemble for a fee to avoid returns since they do so for in store displays.

Shopping at this place is ok. Just wish they go down on there prices.

BigLots seems to have made great strides in my opinion. Or well let me rephrase that a little.... This particular location (Easley, SC) has done much better than others that I've known of. As of recently this location in my opinion has made great strides & done them gracefully. Because the store looks better than ever, seems to always run or operate smoothly, employees always on point & they always truly seem to be in peaceful harmony. This store in comparison to the others near that I've frequented over many years is almost dreamy 🥰 LOL! But I'm serious the managment does great here at this store. Been going there pretty regular for 6-8-10 yrs now and it pretty much always been clean, well stocked, as it is to be expected or exceeded expectations would be my guess. I know none there personally & have never so this is my truth. If it's the managment responsible for it then LOTS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS should take notes. If it's just perfect harmony luckily thru the whole crew that's just been blessed. Well that's amazing too because to me this store has been consistant with it mission to be great to & for their customers over lots of yrs. I truly hope its seen by more than just little old me & they get acknowledged. A pat on the back means alot sometimes especially coming from the next man up. That's my true feelings sorry so long but tried to make it as short as possible. Something I've NEVER been real good at.......lol..

Generally a good place to run in and pick up a few things including all seasonal items and decorations to furniture and household items. Mike" who seems to always be doing everything at the store is always very courteous, professional, and willing to stop what he's doing to assist us or answer any questions.
