Amazing venue! The staff is awesome! Kristen and staff made sure that our event was perfect. I highly recommend using south and west cottage for your next party. The house and grounds are beautiful. The cottage is stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils and serving platters. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you South and West Debbie

This is a very nice establishment to host parties. I was able to attend a Harlem Nights theme Birthday party there. They had a kitchen, a separate area to set up a buffet style station, and plenty of space to set up tables for your guest. They had large screen to show videos or pictures while guest enjoy the festivities and a nice size area to dance! The air conditioner worked great there!
