Good service but 2 hours for a oil change with a rescheduled appointment is a bit long

On vacation, leaky tire. Shaker got us in today and found a set of tires to fit my vehicle. The service guys took our car in 30 minutes before our appointment time and the car was ready to roll an hour later. No shakes, or shimmies, it is a clean, well run establishment. Great employees!

EDIT: Firestone Social team "looked" at this post and missed the point. Will reject any and all car repair requests if the hood latch does not work to their "factory new" requirement or specification. I wasted two days leaving my car at this location to get it triaged at minimum, no repair. I now lost two days of car-repair progress. And now having to figure out towing on my own expense to a shop that will accept triage, repairs and work on all vehicles without fear of touching one like it's going to explode into a pillar of dust or salt to fear and run from.

Made an 11am appointment online today. Came in and they said they didn’t have one I showed him my appointment confirmed. He said “well we don’t get the online appointments.” And basically told me they wouldn't help me. I asked why and he said cus they don’t send them to me. This is odd and very inconvenient.
