Its a great place to live but god help you when something brakes and you need to call home office to get something fixes its like they dont know how to pick up the phone I seriously have to call them while at work 100 times just for them to pick up its ridiculous

I am about to talk about my apartment complex not MY apartment because I love it trust me. I live in the hood as we say there is trash everywhere I mean everywhere. My 82 year old dad always has to argue about parking when he is handicap and was told he can get his own parking place did that happen 👀👀 NO but there is people who have it and don't have CARS 👀👀. I have been here from day (1) 5 years to be exact and GEM will not paint what happen to wear and tear. Management well let's just say NO One Cares because she talks a good one but nothing gets done. We have a pool that can only be used from 9-5 it use to be 8 but the hood messed that up. Weekend forget about it and I do believe we pay for that, this so call club house we can't use it at all. I am thinking about moving but until then I will just stay behind my door and continue to watch the hood bring the complex down....
