My roommate and I have lived here for almost 2 years. One of the best communities I've lived in, not only in Greenville but the Upstate in general. The people in the community are extremely friendly, and range from students to the elderly. You'll always see people walking around the complex and the trails they have around and there's always someone to talk to. The staff itself are amazing; if you need help or maintenance, they're usually pretty quick to handle it. The amenities are awesome; two salt-water pools, two clubhouses and gyms, grilling areas, etc. They do a great job of keeping the place looking nice with landscaping coming out once a week to maintain the grounds.

Been here for 4 months now and really enjoy Palisades. Beautiful walking trail. Very quiet. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff respond quickly to requests and do a thorough job with the repairs. Pool area is nice, grounds are clean and well-maintained. Gym and car care (wash, vacuum) are also nice amenities. Wish there could be onsite recycling.

We were here for a short term rental and had a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. They plan fun and useful activities for the complex. The facilities/amenities are well kept, and we enjoyed using the pool, walking path, billiards, and fitness center. We highly recommend this place. Units are spacious. Neighbors are friendly and seem to look out for each other. Great location!

My wife and I were the first to move in to building 16. We love it here and have had nothing but good experiences. We find the office staff to be competent and friendly, always eager to help. The maintenance guys do a great job when they are needed. The service has always been prompt and professionally done. We downsized 4-i/2 years ago and we know the difference between being an owner and a tenant. We cannot think of any other place that we would want to live.
