Called from out of state needing a large climate controlled storage unit. We did everything over the phone, it was quick and efficient. When we arrived in person the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. I am very happy with this process and location so far. The units were all clean. My only complaint would be that people dump their furniture and belongings outside the dumpsters and he informed me that was NOT allowed. I witnessed a lady put a whole sectional and two huge shelves there and leave. It's not Smartstops fault at all but I would put a sign out there that says no dumping or a big fine.

He was incredibly professional and friendly. He went over all the security features at your facility and put my mind at ease. He even shared some local tips with me since he said he had recently moved there himself. It was so refreshing to speak to someone who seemed to care about his work and me as a prospective customer.
