Sarah and John were extremely helpful in getting me transferred to a larger unit on the premises! I got a really good deal by checking online then talking to Sarah (on site manager) who was able to give me the same deal listed on their website and made sure I didn't have to pay anything more than I should. I had the same issue and mr. Tony worked with me so I advise going in and talk to mr. Tony seeing what the status is on your situation and start making payments if you want your stuff that's exactly what I did extra storage is work with me 100%
