A small beach for kids to play. Moderate soft sand. Safe and less windy. Has public BBQ place, rince tower and restaurant. Also plenty of road side parking. Great place for spending family time that doesn't require much preparation.

This small sandy beach located in Richmond is a great place for a quick mental rest. Parking at the beach is limited street parking but there is a giant parking lot a few blocks down.

There are bbq pits/picnic areas, however if you like a area and don't want to lose it, it's best to reserve it. But typically first come first serve.
No parking is free
No pay but get ready for a hike !! Have a great time !!
Hi Charles, Yes! There are just a few but you must arrive early. I would advise to drive further couple Hundred feet to the park next to it because it has plenty of BBQ pitts. Definetely worth a day as you can hike right on the Hill Behind or visit the Train (scale) Museum further down.
