I’ve had two minor issues with my apartment since I moved in March 2022. In both instances, Jake, in maintenance, has arrived way before I anticipated and resolved both problems swiftly. In addition, he is always courteous and super friendly. Even when he tools around the property on his 4-wheeler he always waves a greeting. It is such a pleasure to have a man like Jake taking care of our needs. I hope he is around for as long as I enjoy this beautiful property.

TORTUROUS NOISE LEVELS!!! Beware renter! Stay far, far away from this place! You can hear everything your neighbors do from these cheaply built buildings. Torturous noise levels are a normal occurrence here. Good luck getting any sleep and I mean that literally. Front office does nothing to mediate issues between tenants so cops are called often. Pipes within the walls horrendously bang around every time someone flushes the toilet. There is dog number 2’s all over complex grounds and even within building hallways! I could go on and on about this place, but you get the point… Also, beware of front office staff that will be fake with you to just get you out of their hair so they can focus on what they really care about, which is collecting your money and desperately trying to fill empty apartments. Once they have you locked into their lease, they do not care about you, but do lie and cheat you. These people should be ashamed of themselves trying to market Ridgelake as “luxury apartments”!!

I’ve lived at Ridgelake for a year and a half and love it! This complex needs to know they are so lucky to have Jake the maintenance man on staff! He is such a hard worker and cares about the residents as much as he does the property. He continually goes above and beyond and that is so rare these days! I am so grateful they have kept him even after switching management companies!

I am a current resident of this apartment complex and we were blown away by the tour but after living here 2months we have Realized it was a huge mistake we didn’t have a washer for over a month that worked and after multiple maintenance complains still did not get anywhere. It took me physically going up there and getting angry about it after almost 2 months for them to do anything about it. Also the neighbors constantly telling each other and it seems like the staff are more caught up in peoples personal drama than actually maintaining the apartments. It’s not worth the money we pay 1900 for a one bedroom. We thought this was a luxury apartment we were wrong you’re better off going somewhere else.
