Slum lords 100%. Amanda in the office is no help and a huge b#@ch! They charged me for $300 cleaning fees when I moved out even though my place was spotless! Take pictures when you move out they will try to scam you!!!!!!!

The management company is just horrible. Very rude and unprofessional. The way they handle stuff is unacceptable. They tried to bill my wife's apartment after 5 months of moving out. Saying she has a balance but the app clearly says no balance. I would never recommend anyone living there. Just do yourself a favor a try other places. This is a very blunt comment because it should be!

Management is terrible. Mold on walls from upper apartments not having proper drainage from washing machine. Not upgraded for the price you pay. Nothing included. A truly terrible living experience.

Lloyd, We allow 2 pets to live with you in an apartment at Garden Grove. We love cats as well as dogs :-) There is a weight restriction for dogs. They can not weigh more than 100 pounds! And... some breeds are restricted, such as Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Akitas, Chows etc... Garden Grove has a BARK PARK onsite where dogs can play off of their leashes. It is a popular amenity. We have Dog Waste Stations throughout our community and dogs are ALWAYS welcome to visit us in our business office for a T-R-E-A-T.

We have washer/ dryer hooks for full size appliances in our 2. 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. We also have 2 laundry rooms with BRAND NEW washers and dryers in both. Our laundry rooms operate with a laundry card, no quarters! All of our patios and balconies are screened in.
Lynne, The BEE-utiful SALT WATER pool at Garden Grove opens every day at 8:00AM. We close the pool by the time it is dark outside. There are plenty of lounge chairs for everyone and two tables with a big umbrella and chairs. The Fitness Centers are both available 24/7 however the outdoor center should not be used after dark. We have brand new equipment in both Fitness Centers! In addition to these amenities, Garden Grove has a Bark Park, a playground and two Laundry Rooms with brand new washers and dryers.
