No place is perfect! Keesha in the office does a great job and is always very fast to respond to my service requests. Maintenance works hard to keep the place running smooth and kept clean. Only wish some of the renters would stop littering. It makes their job more difficult than necessary:( the cigarette smokers litter the nicely put down mulch and it’s unfortunate!

Racist - I'm white - Woman in office refused to give any info or put me on a waiting list - I hope the owners read this. Little do they know, I'm the renter with ample income and cleanliness, too bad.

the customer service is terrible, the person is never in the place, She is too rude and intolerant, I think she should learn to handle her personal problems; I apply for an apartment without seeing it (my mistake), trusting in goodwill and now they have been robbed my money and supposedly no apartments available, I understand why they have such a bad reputation on social media.

Debating on renewing the lease (been here 3 years). In the beginning was some rough patches but nothing out of the ordinary. 2nd year was wonderful, great woman in the office (Leigh Ann)and maintenance (tony) was always on top of things (I also complained if not). Never had issues with noise, bugs, messy areas of the property. This past few months is a disaster- the new mgmt lost the respect and many long term tenants. I can’t leave items outside while cleaning, they knock on my door to throw out trash- WHILE I’m getting things together to bring to the dumpster! They have a superiority complex. I have mold that they told me to spray with Clorox. I’m told not to leave the door open while I mop or steam the floors (my choice to have fresh air!). This new management company is making this place go downhill fast.
