My current lease is almost going to expire and I’m stressfully looking for a new place, I don’t really write reviews but from all my experiences I had too, , I came to see the Advenir Apts and even though Im choosing a closer commute to my work I just want to say thank you to a young lady that works at the office Yesenia Pages, she answered all my questions thoroughly and you can just tell she genuinely cared about me and not a business transaction she might or might not get with me. I’ve gone to a few places and I will always remember the assistance this young lady gave me and my partner.

Save yourself the trouble. Have had nothing but issues in my short 2 months here, ac breaking, door jamming stuck (wasn’t back in apt for 2 hours after arriving home), as well as a massive racoon problem. They charge you for trash pickup monthly( non negotiable) , however if ANYONE in your building decides they want to use the service, raccoons will scatter rotting food all over the stairwells/surrounding areas for your pets to eat. The cost is similar to a luxury apartment, however that has not been the case.

I've lived here for a few years now. All the staff is very helpful and understanding from my experience, but the maintenance staff has always been especially good. I wish I knew more of them by name, but Asmir recently fixed a few lighting issues I had as well as a part of the floor I damaged, and I barely had to wait at all. Quick, efficient, and courteous seems to be their standard, and they maintain it well.

I am visiting family here and we needed to call the maintenance team. Throughout the whole process, Juan was so thorough and kind. I was blown away by his speed, attitude, and professionalism. I wish we had someone like him in my complex! I normally don't write reviews on here - but this time I felt like I needed to. You're lucky to have Juan on your maintenance team!
