Maintenance and Management five star! New manager Susan couldn’t possibly be any better ! ( p.s Susan I hope you stay forever! Susan obviously knows her business.Pleasant,punctual, and respectful to your needs.New assistant manager Bianca is pleasant and professional as well...I HOPE these professionals stay at Beneva Place ! The grounds are beautiful,well maintained, and the maintenance is efficient and you don’t even know they have been in your apt.So far, the new management is outstanding, and I would highly recommend Beneva Place as a Five Star Place to live ❤️...Update ( May 2022)...Needed a new Refrigerator last week and mentioned it to them...the very next day I came home to a Brand new Fridge,all my food neatly placed in it,clean floors,nothing out of place and best of all no carpet marks/dirt.A new Maintenance man,Sean (Shawn?)did the work and when I saw him I thanked him.He is an asset to this community! 😀

I recently toured the property and was impressed with the layout of the units and mature landscaping. The manager, Laurie, was extremely friendly and professional. I am currently applying for a job in the area and if I am fortunate enough to get it, I will be putting my name on the waiting list!

Beneva Place Apartments is small, but mighty. I love the location it is situated in. It's close to the beach, near shopping malls, and in Florida. 😁 I love the beautiful pool area, gym, and walking trail around the property. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. If you are looking for a place to call home near the beach, I strongly recommend Beneva Place Apartments. They are great!

I have lived here for 9 months and the maintenance could use some work, but everything else has been amazing. Beautiful balcony view, beautiful pool and pond, and an awesome gym and trail. The people who work in the office are very kind and helpful, and the maintenance people are respectful. The ceiling is kind of thin and you can hear upstairs, but my neighbors are extremely kind and respectful as well. I hope to live here for quite some time. ❤️
