We had a good time and prices are decent. Going thru some renovations currently and having a couple issues with the points being added to the card when playing the arcade games. Big Thanks to Tina she was really sweet and took care of everything with a really great personality. My kids even commented on how nice of a lady she is.

This place has change a lot with the new administration. They are very bad with everything, poor customer service and they don't care about been cordial and effective. Air conditioning has been falling since bowlero get the place. The past owners were wonderfull, now they dont give back anything to the community. The managers are very rude and have not idea of good administration. They are liers and bad with customers.

There's so much here and I can see why it's so popular. You get bowling, an arcade, and food, which helps the experience. The other bowlers were so friendly and supportive too even though I was a beginner, and the staff was patient and helpful.

Had a slight issue, was resolved quickly, had one of the managers Antonio contact me and offer to make my experience better and he did just that. Went above and beyond, was polite, professional and genuine. I enjoyed bowling there today, the food is excellent and I will be back!
