Horrible customer service. Waitress had an a bad attitude. We got our main course salad before the appetizers. We tried to cancel the appetizers since they didn't come first and the waitress told us "You don't want to get the chef upset" didn't understand that. I was under the impression that you don't want to get the customer upset. The meals for the other people who came after us got served right away.

Three different meals....no winners. Picatta sauce looked like chicken noodles soup. So thin and tasteless. Paid extra for capers....got 4 of them. Sauce on two other dishes was not good. Everyone is packed in like sardines. Wait staff very nice. Had high hopes but sadly will not return.

I give it a two stars just because the taste of the marsala sauce wasn't terrible. But everything else was lacking luster. We went for an early dining special, and were served smaller than child size portions at a typical restaurant. Our waitress wasn't friendly and quite frankly it was freezing cold in there. The bread they served was hard little hockey pucks of what I guess they call rolls. They were the size of a golf ball. The spaghetti sauce was bland and tastes like a cheap can sauce. I do like they served oil and herbs to dip your bread in. They don't offer sweet tea in the south and the raspberry tea they offer in place of it is gross. Sadness because everyone always hyped this place up.

Best homemade Italian Food I've had in a long time. The owner is the Chef and a very nice person. The service is great! Make reservations if you have time. They always try to accommodate everyone but reservations are a good idea because it's very cozy!
