Firehouse subs is my husbands favorite sandwich place. Long story short he is very sick and he asked me if I would get him his favorite sub. When I was picking up the order I got asked for a tip. Never before have we had any complaints. He took a bite of his sandwich and was disgusted. He said the meat tasted sour and old. There was also a hair on it!!! When I called the employee said she would remake it or give me 50% off my next visit. We are never coming back to this location again. Absolutely unacceptable. I called back again and was firm and requested a refund. I was only offered a refund for the one sandwich. The other one was thrown in the trash as well. So I am posting this review because the food and the customer service was trash.

What can I say 🤷 it's one of my favorite places to go to. Sandwiches 🥪 are delicious 😋 place is clean and neat. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Raising money for our firefighters 🚒 is one of the reasons to go there. You won't be disappointed but happy to know you gave for a good cause. I am. Thankful for all our firefighters. God bless America 🇺🇸

Very disappointed, it's been about 3 years since i had a sub from firehouse subs. We always got.from the one at little rd and Ridge rd. Always good, went to Mariner ordered 2 large subs $27. My husband got the Prime Rib sandwich he liked no problem. I got the meatball, no sauce at all on it DRY!! It looked but threw the other out because there was no sauce on it. Plus the ceiling ate disgusting. Wish I had my phone to have takin any pictures. It obvious the owner doesn't visit or look up. Right over the food 10 to 12 ft of ceiling is just dust, mildew mold. Not sure it was at every vent coming out of the ceiling. I wont go back. How much of that is blowing on food. Surprised the health depth hasent said anything.

The staff usually seems pretty low on patience; and they cross contaminate with the same pair of gloves on. I noticed they don’t change their gloves and they’re touching the cashier screen and things around the kitchen with the same gloves they’re touching our food with. The food is good other than that so hopefully they take this review as friendly coaching, nothing too bad bc the food is honestly good and prepared in a timely manner.
