I would like to suggest posting "Donation" hours on the website and door. Web site only shows the store closes at 6pm. After waiting for the rains to pass I showed up at the Spring Hill center just after 5pm w/ a truck load of mostly like new clean/sanitized children's items like a rocking horse, learning toys, outdoor car, strollers, and boxes of other little girl toy items as well as a large box of like new women's shoes including Nike, Clark sandals, expensive dress shoes and was told they do not accept donations after 5pm....period!! I drove across town because I believed Salvation Army did alot of good. Not sure what has happened to SA I remember in the past they did not turn my donations away in fact employees would come out to help unload what I brought and were appreciative. I left there feeling like they could of cared less for my generosity to choose them......I will no longer bring my donation to Salvation Army.

The clerk Anthony was extremely rude and unpleasant. Yelled at several customers while we were there and people would ask him questions and he would just scowl at them. One person even asked him if he was in a bad mood. Go do a different job that doesn't involve being around customers if you are so miserable.

Do not donate here. So incredibly frustrated. We are giving our items for free so they can sell them. My husband had just had surgery and needs another so he apologized that he would not be able to help unload. The guy working complained about how everyone just pops open their trunk and expects him to unload. He proceeded going through every box and mentioned how if we didn't look up online how to sort the boxes it couldn't be accepted. Most of the boxes were sorted with clothes, toys, household with the exception of adding a stray item into the box when there was a little extra room. Again these are free items. Most of what we donated was brand new clothing with tags or still in the plastic wrap and several boxes of new items from last season that were from my baby boutique I own. I did have a couple household items I added in and then was told our metal decor initials he didn't want. So he took everything and left those. Again most items were brand new. To have every box gone through with the employee complaining the entire time was incredibly frustrating. We will never donate here again and will find somewhere that appreciates what is given to them.

The customer experience is phenomenal. Other than the children clothing selection could use a boost - store is always clean and well kept.

Last time I checked, no they don't accept TV's
You will have to call. I'm not sure.
They are all correct. When you make a choice to shop at a second hand store, you better be sure what you buy you want. If the first owner thought it was trash, the second owner should see it as a treasure. 😏😊
