If I could describe this company in one word, the word would be predatory. Their business model is to overcharge their customers to the point of the customers not being able to afford the repairs, then they file mechanic liens to take possession of the vehicle. They have a concerning pattern of overcharging, do your due diligence and get at least one other quote before you allow these people to take advantage of you.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. STAY AWAY Gave me quote for 25K for engine rebuild. after 2months. Keep asking for more money. after 4month. Got me for 65K. Put me hostile situation. I had no choice but keep paying on my credit cards. Truck never ran one month profit. I was paying all monthly cost on truck. Got 26K loan from bank. Its having issue since got out shop Aug 2021. Driver went back 3-4 times to address issue after rebuild was done. not much was done. Now its in shop in GA with huge engine issues. CTE refused to fix it. Even they went thru whole truck. I was willing to tow my truck to shop. give them chance to fix it properly. I have to spend 35-50K more not even 6monhs. Every shop provide 1yrs parts and labor warranty on most parts. But this shop said oh you had 6 months and it's over. Contactor leasing this truck from me has 4 kids. Never got a decent pay check since truck was in shop. I have no choice to but hire attorney. These people have put me, driver, my business thru so much stress , financial strain...…etc. I can't even describe it.

I wanted to get a PM from this location but when I got the estimate the estimate was for almost $1500.00 I have never in my life pay that much money they are triple of the cost of what I usually pay that is nuts they charging 2 1/2 hours of labor and only takes a little over an hour I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place
