This is a great park that wasn’t around when I was growing up. Multiple fields for kids sports.

Went to the lake to fish. First time there to fish and was pleasantly surprised. decent sized lake and it Definitely had fish in it, although I decided not to catch any today 😜. Also, enjoyed seeing the turtles and various species of birds. I did get bit by someone's dog as they walked by, so that sucked but not the Lakes fault so I'll let it slide. I'd go back again. Edit: went back got a decent large mouth put him back so there's at least one fish in there for sure🙃 ƪ(‾.‾“)┐

Cool place to park if you are needing to rest. Highly commendable that they have garbage and recycling cans throughout the parking lot.

It's reclaimed water, I think there are signs around it saying not to swim. It's pretty gross water
I dont think you can fish. I think it's posted no fishing
Signs are posted that crawdads are protected nature preserve
All volunteer work. They get togeather frequently.
