Sam - Thanks for your question. As M Brown has already correctly responded, our Service hours are 7am - 8pm Monday through Friday; 9am - 8pm on Saturday. Please note our new address: We have moved into our all new facility at 10125 SW Washington Square Road, Portland, OR 97223. Google previously confirmed the new address but for some reason it has reverted back to our old address, which has been closed.
On a newer model Range Rover the vehicle is designed to make it impossible to lock the key inside the car. If you have a specific situation where you would like to lock the key inside the vehicle it would be necessary to shield the RF (radio frequency) from the key to the vehicle.

Jaguar Land Rover can order replacement keys through the parts department. You need to provide proof of ownership like your registration and your license.
