It's 1am on Tuesday night with no customers at this McDonald's. I was friendly and simple with my order of a quarter pounder with cheese and extra pickle, a mc double with bacon, and two small fries. What did I get when I opened the bag as I walked into my home 1.7 miles away? Cold re-cooked burgers, hard fries, and when I called the first time there was no answer, the second time I was hung up on, and the third time I was met with a half apology. Please save yourself the trouble and go to ANY MCDONALD'S BUT THIS ONE! Even with the extreme minimal work load they don't care to do their job and their employees are less than friendly. Make sure your food is fresh and you get a receipt before you drive away from this place if you do decide to take the risk of ordering here. I'll be going to the Mc Donalds on valrico rd and Brandon Blvd from now on, which is 4 miles further and in the opposite direction of my home than this one from now on. If I could give negative stars review to this store, believe me I would.

Messed up a previous order that was supposed to be made fresh. I called in ADVANCE before I drove there so I wouldn't have to wait long for my order. I get to the drive through line and was told it would only take 5 minutes for my TWO fresh APPLE PIES which is why they parked me. 5 minutes turned into 35 minutes and I had to circle back to the drive through line because THEY FORGOT!! My pies weren't even fresh anymore!!

Literally the WORST McDonalds in the area. I’d rather drive to Valrico and get food from that McDonald’s. The staff here is rude and I have NEVER gotten a correct order during my 3 years of living in the area. What’s the point in having a drive-thru when I still have to come inside to have my order fixed. All attempts at getting in contact with the manager who’s email is listed at the bottom of the receipt have been ignored. It’s crazy how the Valrico location is owned by the same company (Casper’s), but the two locations operate completely different. Hopefully the manager of this location will finally get in contact with me after writing this review, but I doubt it.

Horrible. Visited this location 04/06 at 12am. Ordered a 6 piece spicy nuggets through the app with 2 sauces, a 10 piece nuggets with 2 sauces, and a big Mac. I got to the store and the employee said "you gonna have to wait a minute" incredibly rudely. 22 minutes go by and I finally got my order, but it was two 10 piece normal nuggets (all cold) with NONE of the sauces I ordered. The big Mac was also cold. This is my local location. Incredibly disappointed, its gone downhill over the last few years. I'll be seeking a refund.

I pre-ordered using kiosk which is supposed to speed things up, but couldn't pay for my order ther even though the debit/credit card reader was there. I was directed to pay with an employee. This slowed process even more since they had to look for the order. Restaurants added these kiosks because people wanted raises and in order to keep costs down the kiosk is supposed to eliminate the need for 1 employee taking the order. It took double the time
