I pre-ordered using kiosk which is supposed to speed things up, but couldn't pay for my order ther even though the debit/credit card reader was there. I was directed to pay with an employee. This slowed process even more since they had to look for the order. Restaurants added these kiosks because people wanted raises and in order to keep costs down the kiosk is supposed to eliminate the need for 1 employee taking the order. It took double the time
The new manager Mike is incompetent and creates havoc with the employees. Used to be nice before then. I'm going to Burger King and Wawa from now on.
Yes. Long line at drive thru and they usually get your order wrong!
When a go there the food is good and no line no problem
Is only fun for the kids, food not to my liking.
