How do I go about getting a meeting set up with the owner of this McDonald's to discuss the problems I am having with the Spanish general manager of this McDonald's.?

Well that is the whole problem I am disabled and i cannot walk to another mcdonalds as l have neuropathy in my hands and legs and the problem is with I have tried to contact corporate and I get no answer or even an opportunity to leave a message

Then I would find another McDonald's to go to Sir. I this does not solve the problem but maybe the manager there can help you. Good Luck!
