So far I've been living here for 3 days. The things that needs to be worked in the apartment complex that I notice is that the gate is not working. Anyone can come in and out as they please. I want our community to be more secured. Also , when calling the leasing office they never answer the phone. Anything I want handled I have to go into the office , which is VERY inconvenient because I'm a very busy person. When I got my apartment I noticed the first night living there it was infested with roaches really bad (BIG PET PEEVE) I absolutely HATE roaches..so the next day I had to go up there (because they never answer the phone) to tell them about the roach infestation. The manager assured me that someone would be coming over right away...no one never showed up. Day 3 had to go back up there again because they still don't answer the phone , to notify them no one ever showed up..they told me they will put me in the books for a 3 week treatment for the roach infestation in my apartment.

Horrible leasing office, have been trying to get in touch with them for the past 3 weeks, have sent emails and requested tours, always told someone will get in contact with you quickly, but never received a call back. If the leasing service itself doesn't respond, how are people supposed to live here?

This was my first time using them and they are great my dog grooming came out the best he has ever had I will recommend them to all my friends and family

I'm assuming they pay people to write these reviews that is not accurate. DO NOT LIVE HERE !!! Theresa is a Liar & Money Hungry. Ingrid is never any help she always send people to Theresa so she can do the dirty work. The Gate is ALWAYS broken , people hanging out place smells like weed..people come and go no assigned parking so it's hard to find parking spaces..first come first serve type of thing I lived here for 1 year and I am extremely grateful that I'm gone. They paint over things so it looks nice to the eye.. the tub was nasty and rusty and could tell it was painted over.. cabinets falling apart. They keep your security deposit as if you're the one that damaged it when it came that way. Save yourself the headache and continue looking . Worst place ever !
