I can’t speak highly enough of the service I got from Mike Hogan. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and answered some very challenging questions calmly with intelligence. He is extremely thorough and takes notes of his interactions with customers, even the phone calls. To my surprise he had made notes of a brief phone conversation we had had a couple of weeks ago even before I came to the store, so that when I did come in and I told him my name he remembered exactly what we had discussed. Do your homework before you buy a mattress, but I guarantee that you will get straight and informed answers from Mike Hogan.

We can absolutely get you a firm date. Delivery times are routed based on an algorithm for most time efficiency on the given day. We do call the morning of delivery and give a 2 hour delivery window, but the window is determined by that algorithm.
