Super amazing people. Second time buying there, my wife got a pillow there the first time, and when it wore out, I went back, with only a vague description. They knew what I was looking for, knew I was in a rush, didn't try to upsell or waste my time. Found the replacement pillow, checked me out and had me on my way as fast as possible. Incredibly friendly and kind people, and great products and selection.

I decided to come try out mattresses here after reading positive reviews and checking out their adorably honest and transparent website. When I entered I was warmly greeted by a sales rep (RP?). I informed him I wasn't ready to buy a mattress yet, but wanted to try some. He gave me a quick run down of the store and invited me to try different mattresses, letting me know to find him if I had any questions. When I did have questions, he was very kind, helpful, and reassuring. So helpful, in fact, that I ended up purchasing a mattress on the spot without even feeling the need to price check or shop around further. The next day I looked up prices for the mattress I selected and found that it was selling for over 2.5x the price that I paid. I know that mattresses have insane profit margins, but it was nice to see that the website wasn't kidding when it talked about "sales" and fair pricing. Finally, the two delivery guys showed up on time, and somehow managed to have my new mattress unpacked, and old mattress taken about 3 minutes. They were also very pleasant to work with. I dreaded replacing my mattress for months before coming here, but if I still live in the area 10 years from now I truly look forward to it.

Throwing a five star review out there because this place's name makes it sound like a shady warehouse, but it's fantastic! The people are super nice, and the selection of (mostly local, sustainable) mattresses is great.

We take the safety of our team and our community very seriously. *All guests must use medical covers/sheets when sampling mattresses and pillows. *Masks covering mouth and nose are required. *We limit parties to three people. *We limit capacity and may occasionally require shoppers to wait at our entry way or outside until parties depart. *Our safety measures are clearly posted around the shop. *If you are coughing or feel unwell we ask you to visit us when you are feeling better. *All employees are tested every two weeks - to date - we have ZERO Covid cases among our team members.

Mattress Lot will likely have a box spring at the height you need and they do sell box springs separately. When I got a double size box spring from them, they had two different sizes and it was super affordable. You can give them a call to ensure they have the exact height you need.
