We were uncertain about shopping for a bed during the pandemic. We took the sleep test to confirm our mattress style preference and it was quite helpful. Mike Hogan was extremely helpful. He was generous with information about the recent developments in mattresses (we originally wanted a Parklane mattress) and about the makers. We are very particular about environmentally friendly materials and construction in addition to a company’s history in mattress building. Mike gave us plenty of time to try out each of four styles. He did not push us to one over any other and explained our options in the box springs. He was careful in helping us to understand pricing. We came away feeling we had made not only a purchase of a comfortable bed from a knowledgeable seller but one that will last for years to come and be healthier for us.
