I paid the 100 dollars for the application fee to find out they never received the application. Impossible to reach. They are giving me the runaround and they told me that I was going to get a response in a couple of days. Definitely a waist a time. Please refund me the 100 or I will dispute. Stay away from this place.

Living here for over a year. They raised our rent to ridiculous prices while updating nothing. The gate house continues to remain unmanned allowing the gate to be broken continuously which is not safe. Instead of fixing the wiring for the door bells they give people small ones that do not always work which also means if you want to put up a ring alarm for safety you can’t use power from the doorbell. Our appliances are old and cabinets are completely run down. Moving in I saw the problems but for the price accepted them but with the rent increase this is unacceptable.

I am very dissatisfied the professionalism of this leasing staff. I was due to move in April 1st. I applied on March 25th and was told I would have an answer by the 29th at the latest. I called 18 times, sent 2 emails to Viviana, and left messages with the reception for Viviana to call me. She didn't even have the audacity to keep me updated on any status or let me know anything. Nor did she call me back. My jobs both verified employment on March 30th and she still did not reach out to me. Yet on April 5th she continued to call both of my jobs again, 5 days past my move in date. She knew I was due to start my new job on April 4th and assured me my apt was ready to move in by April 1st. Even the manager was rude one time when I called. They answered and hung right up on me then when I called back she aggressively said we are all busy and someone will call you back. They just took my $100 and wasted my time by lying to me.

2 years of living here at first it was GREAT I never had to complain about anything didn’t need to go to the office for nothing I really miss the manager MAGGIE she was very outstanding always email us about ANY updates, As of RIGHT NOW the worst management team the manager Veronica is never helpful doesn’t send any updates she just lies about everything the gates will never work trash everywhere disgusting!.. She never tells us about these “new rules” when it was effective no paper to show us everytime I go to the office about something ridiculous..ALSO I had an incident when somebody enter my apartment unauthorized while I’m pregnant and she did absolutely nothing about it. Don’t recommend
