Was told that it would be okay for my foreign student girlfriend to apply and that they would work out and things would be fine. Went ahead and put in an application, they denied my girlfriends app because they wouldn’t accept her document took our money and won’t give it back.

Moved here in July. Love every minute of it and all the amazing amenities and spacious apartment. Front office staff especially MELANIE is amazing and welcoming, any issues tend to be resolved in a timely manner. She gave me an awesome tour when I came to see the unit and I’m so happy with my choice to movie here. Pool and gym are just the cherry on top ! Thank you Melanie!

Hello, Unfortunately we don't have studios at the community but the 1 bedroom rates change daily. They range from 1200 to 1450. Please feel free to stop by and tour our community.
