I walked in 5:30 the guy told me he could not do it today because they close at 6. It does not take 30 minutes to open a bank account. I told him it was urgent because I needed the account open before the 19th he said you're going to have to come back on Monday. But obviously if he was competent he would of known monday is the 19th therefore it would be too late

I was in a very difficult situation, and the online customer service failed me numerous times. I went through the drive thru, and Isabel literally saved the day. I am so grateful for her attention to detail. She truly went above and beyond and solved my problem on the spot. I am beyond appreciative of her. I'm new to be area,but this will be my new branch home.

I been to the branch twice in the last week to open an business account. I first time the business banker told me they close in 45 mins so she can’t open an account, basically chased me out the door. I went back today at 1pm and they don’t have any bankers to open accounts, only tellers. I don’t understand how you can run a bank like this. Go bank somewhere else because it’s obvious these people don’t care about customers or their own performance.
