Horrible service. Do not deal with them. They robbed did not hand us the car we required and paid for saying that this is what they have like it or not! We had to take it as we had no other options and did not want to ruin our plans. After returning the car, they charged us for tolls and tickets they claim we had even though we sure did not have any tickets. Asked for any proof or documents, they did not get back to us. They are robbers and dodgy!

Amazing experience! We booked the day before and we went to pick up the car, the service was great and the pick up was fast! The car was ready to come with us :) We dropped off at the airport and it was very fast and efficient too!! We will book with Hertz again for sure!

Charged me $100 for gas, even though I picked up the car with half a tank, and the manager told me I can return it with half a tank. Even took pictures, Hertz refuses to refund me. These guys are crooks, avoid at all costs.

Visiting from Illinois I was confronted with the requirement of a liability insurance for rented car. I confirmed that I have a liability insurance. Because I do not have all my insurance policies with me at all time, I had to download the policy from my cloud drive to my phone. Ramon coerced me into buying a liability insurance I already have by stating: "What you are gonna do if the police pulls you over?" after confronting me with my failure to read the "Hertz terms and conditions of rental before coming to this branch". Last time Hertz took advantage of me.
