Went to check them out after someone referred me to a location near my home. I had been putting off finding a new chiropractor for maintenance since I've returned to physical therapy. Ironically, I started experiencing pain in my shoulder a couple days ago and decided to go for it! I ended up finding a Groupon deal to use for the first session so that was pretty clutch! The Plan Harbor location was able to get me in the same day! Check in was smooth and the lady at the front desk was kind and attention. I met with Dr. Pablo, he was thorough and clear in his treatment plan. I felt immediately better after my adjustment!

I never thought a chiropractic chain would have been a good idea. However after visiting the Joint I see the benefits! My previous chiropractor retired and I had been searching for a replacement for some time. I have an uncommon genetic disorder which makes my ligaments and tendons extra stretchy so the joints are prone to subluxation. Any mention of this to other practitioners scared them away, but not the joint. The best part was how fast the whole adjustment was. I used to have to wait hours and then it would take a very long time for him to do the adjustment. I see that both methods are effective. I am also glad the are open on weekends so now I no longer have to take time off of work when I need adjusted. Thank you again for being available!

My son scheduled an appointment online and told me he had an appointment the next day (Palm Harbor office). I told him that he was confused, no chiropractor is open on a Sunday. I checked out their website to confirm and sure enough, they were open on Sunday. His appointment went well. The person at the front desk was friendly. It took about 1-1.5 hours, to complete new patient papers, get evaluated and receive treatment. He left with instructions for stretching exercises and follow up visits were also scheduled. I contemplated signing up, but 3 patients had come in and it was close to closing time. I returned today as a walk-in. A different person was at the front desk, also friendly. I explained my son came in yesterday, and I decided to come in just for maintenance, I have no issues, I just want to be healthy. I completed the new patient info via a tablet. Combined with my evaluation and treatment, the appointment lasted for 45 minutes to an hour. I was told follow up visits would be about 15-20 minutes. I noticed that others that walked in scanned their cards and were in and out within that time. I was pleased with how well this location ran.
