I ordered a cab online the day before I needed it and confirmed the appointment by text. After they were 5 minutes late I called and it seemed like they had no clue who I was or about the ride I ordered. By 15 minutes late I gave up and got an Uber who was there in 3 minutes and was $15-$20 cheaper.

That's true. Nebby is a wonderful guy. Even though he is my competition, he still helps me with great advice and gives me leftover calls, that he can't take. As far as I'm aware of, he is always on time. Hey, Brook Berhe, please take that negative review off Google. I don't think he deserves that. He fired that druggie driver for using too much while driving.
