I’ve lived here for a month now and I have nothing but good words to say about this complex. Maintenance has responded super fast to any issues I’ve had. The apartment is super quiet, the quietest I’ve ever lived in, which is perfect for working from home. Lot’s of closet space in my one bedroom apartment. Zach at the front office assisted with the move-in process and was more than helpful and accommodating. I love it here!

I have been living here since April 2020. I am originally from New York/Connecticut. Just signed my renewal lease. I love it here. The maintenance men are quick to respond and take care of everything. I clogged my garbage disposal over the weekend, and a day later they fixed it. No, it’s not a brand new complex, nothing is perfect, so you can’t expect things not to have wear & tear. Everything in time has to be replaced, even brand new things get old. I can’t imagine there being any bad reviews, because living here is awesome. I see deer at night all the time, which I love, because I miss seeing them back home. There’s a great pond with turtles that are always sunbathing. The homes here have sort of a beach house vibe with the pale turquoise and sand colors. The plants are pretty and there’s a beautiful magnolia tree outside my home. The landscapers are alway here keeping the grounds clean. I don’t have a dog, but there a lots of dogs here, and the grounds are always clean. I love to read and like to be low-key, and it’s mostly quiet in my section of the complex. I sit on my balcony at night, with my twinkle lights on, and often hear an owl that lives in the area. If my family knew about Providence, they would have chosen this complex. I TRULY recommend this place. I’m very happy.

Quiet area and quick service! It’s been a week and so far so good! We relocated for work and leased an apartment virtually. Tatiana has been wonderful to work with. She is very service oriented and has been available to address any concerns we have had, before and after move in. To me, that’s a great sign of what we can expect as sometimes once you move in service declines. The grounds are well kept and the apartment was clean upon arrival. They are good at the little things, too. They provided paper towels, TP, cups, and even a coupon for a free pizza! After driving over 2100 miles in three days, that meant a lot. We had a couple small issues that required the maintenance team to stop by and Cameron has been great at resolving our requests quickly. The residents, for the most part, are very friendly and welcoming. Good neighbors are important! It seems some of them have been here for years, too. Another good sign. If you’re looking to rent in Palm Harbor, Providence is definitely worth a look.

Everyone at Providence have been so wonderful throughout our process of renting. Wesley and Brittany have went above and beyond to provide our family with amazing service and help in anyway they can. Blown away by how accommodating they are to their tenants! The grounds are kept beautiful and maintenance is quick and friendly. We just moved in and can already tell we are going to love it here!!! Very quiet complex and the amenities are amazing!!
