I lived here for almost 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience. If I had any issues that required maintenance, they always came as soon as possible to make repairs and if they didn’t have the parts necessary, would put a rush on the part to have it as soon as possible. Communication with staff was always pleasant and Holly has gone out of her way to assist me when I have reached out to her on a as needed basis. I would encourage anyone moving to the area to consider The Boot Ranch Apartments.

I just signed my lease for my fifth year at Boot Ranch Apartments because I love living in this community so much. For one, the office staff is always super friendly and responds to my needs quickly and efficiently. On top of that, the maintenance team is unparalleled to compared to other complexes. They always come out the same day as my work requests and are extremely helpful. This is a great community to live in.

Loved working with Stacy Sloan to secure my apartment with The Boot Ranch. From the awesome gym and resort-like pool, to the spacious 2-bedroom apartment, everything went beyond my expectations. I cannot get over how much storage I have! And the option to rent a garage or extra storage made me feel like I had options for the future. Thank you Stacy for making me feel right at home from Day 1. Also, the entire staff was friendly and helpful - looking forward to enjoying my stay at The Boot Ranch.

I've lived at Boot Ranch Apartments for a little over 2 years and it's been a really great experience. The grounds are always well-kept and everything is well-maintained, inside and out. The management team, especially Holly, Roland, who is the manager are all fantastic and extremely responsive. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars. It's a GREAT place to live!
