Worst customer service experience. Waiting 3 months to connect with an advisor.

Called earlier this week and asked for a Signature Guarantee/medallion service as part of opening a Treasury Direct account, the receptionist said sure they can do it by the branch manager. Walked in today first thing in the morning, and the advisor said he had to check with their compliance and then told me that they couldn't do it unless the paper work involves Fidelity. I explained that this is for opening an US Treasury online account to invest in Savings bonds and Treasury bills, which I will fund the account from my Fidelity account and US Treasury is instructing me to go to my financial institution for this guarantee/stamp. The person was very impatient, didn't ask for our Fidelity accounts, and didn't even bother to listen, and rushed us out, this is few minutes after 8:30am when they just opened the branch. I am really baffled at the basic service and lack of professionalism by these so called "Financial Advisors", and I understand that Fidelity is a discount (aka "Cheap") brokerage, but consider the amount of money we have with this brokerage, it really makes me question their value and ethics. We later went to the TD bank branch in town since we had an old checking account with only a couple hundred dollars from 10 years ago, and got the guarantee/stamp for free, the banker was patient and keen in explaining the process when they only had to do this type of service for opening Treasury Direct accounts. Maybe the large financial institutions (i.e. Fidelity, AUM $4.2T) are part of the biggest problems in today's world, they suck all the hard working money from normal people, and forgot to treat them as proper customers, and use the exorbitance amount of money they en-massed as leverage to advance their own fortune (that includes telling their own customers to go away)
