I'm giving you 5 stars because back in may 12th 2022 the manager responded(some delay, but understood) appropriately to my complaint via text message(with my authorization) after I called customer service. Other different restaurants, the manager don't care or try to remedy an undesirable situation(complaint) because their attitude is that your easily replaceable with other customers. What they don't realize is that this will anger people, causing them to write bad reviews. So now that one customer they lost turns into 30 or more because of a bad review. I understand you can't make every customer happy or eliminate all bad reviews, but you(any restaurant owner) can decrease bad reviews if you listen to your customers and fix the problem whether its bad food or rude employees. I love your regular coffee(one of my favorites), but I would recommend tighter fitting lids. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The McDonald’s location at 7350 W Waters Ave, Tampa, FL 33634 has the absolute worst service ever! Employees with attitude, sarcastic and disrespectful! The place stays a mess 90% of the time and do nothing but stand around joking and playing instead of working. However, due to the homeless people coming into charge their phones the swung into action with that to the point of seriously going all the way to “covering” all the outlets but 2, making it hard for everyone to charge their phones while in the restaurant, yet they don’t concentrate on the cleanness of the place. Pictures included. I gave one star cause I had to in order to leave this message otherwise I wouldn’t of given them that!

Unfortunately this place (consistently) has difficulty getting things right. It's a convenient location so we order with our fingers crossed. Today we went through 3 people, and they still couldn't get our order right. Held up people in the drive-thru line, but this is not unusual. So please check your bag before pulling away. I do believe it has to do with language issues and understanding exactly what is being ordered. I do wish the management would do more to help customers and employees.

Literally asked for a McGriddle, and got a McBREAD. Does the general manager or big boss read these? This location sucks! Customer service is absolute trash, you can tell half the people in there are over their job. Thanks for giving my kid bread 👍🏼
