The lobby fountain machine always out of flavors. Today 80% out of everything. The tables where not cleaned. And it wasn't even lunch yet and really loud ladies in back to busy putting on a show to direct their new employees who stood around like deer in headlights .

We ordered breakfast. It was gross I had the chicken honey butter on a biscuit. When I opened the sandwich the chicken was black, they stated that other Wendy's restaurants are having the same issue. Yes they are hiring openers and closers. That tells me no one is replacing the old oil with. Oh I wish I had taken a picture. I did get my money back

Clean and the staff was very friendly. Service was bit slower when compared with other Wendy's, even taking into consideration that was it after the "normal" lunch hour. Food was good but hastily thrown together, I believe in an attempt to make up for the lost time at the counter.

My fiance and I were hungry after our first day of our vacation in Tampa, so I bought a double stack biggie bag for us to share. The food was good but the service...left a lot to be desired. The cashier seemed like she HATED to be there, considered me an inconvenience, and I could feel she was trying to get me out the door...and QUICK! Well, that was until our food was ready; She held our bag in her hand while standing around and talking to her coworkers and THEN I was handed my bag when she was done talking. I can understand that the employees here are most likely underpaid like most food workers in America, but she clearly needs to be re-trained on her customer service skills or...to find another job.
