Guy at the register was RUDE and a liar. He screwed up my order twice then refused to change it out. When I gave the reason he looked at me up and down and said " no you ate half of it already." Fat pun intended. Unless I bit it I wouldn't know it wasn't right. The burger was covered in black pepper dead center. Like enough to kill roaches with. Also I asked for it plain. Nothing on it. It had a pile of onions... On top of everything else. My taste buds weren't happy. I could have just simply had it replaced.... INSTEAD he turned and convinced the boss he never heard me say plain. Then convinced her I was hungry and that's why I wanted" another free" burger. Really!?!??! First of all it's paid for. Second of all it's WRONG. Just change the food and move on. 🙄.

Fast foods are no good no more. Very expensive we pay to much for no fresh food no good service you can sense people don't care about give a good service. Most of them full of kids that don't care. Ultimately no hygiene very dirty most fast foods not only McDonald's.

I drive another three miles just to go to another location even though this is the closest one to my house. Their food is never cooked right, biscuits not done, burritos still cold, stale tortillas, stale muffins that crumble when you bute them from being old and stale. One time, I ordered 2 large unsweetened teas and this is how they gave them to me. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Medium in large cup. I said something to young boy working the window asking what was up with that and he shrugged his shoulders. Interesting way not to solve the problem. Didn't make a big deal about it because may be his first job, but the location needs to teach him about customer service. Drive another couple miles to go to the one on Manhattan Ave.

INTERESTING SH!T!

Just sat down at the beginning of my 12 hour shift to eat the sausage egg Mcmuffin I ordered, and half of the way through it I find a 4 inch black hair melted into and hanging off the cheese. Suffice to say, I'm disgusted, you guys not wearing hair nets anymore? NOT COOL McDonalds, NOT COOL 🤢🤮 Guess I'm just going to be hungry all day now, thanks a lot Mcdonalds.
