I have come to this Chick-fil-A multiple times and always receive excellent service. There is one employee in particular, however I did not catch their name. They are extremely kind and in a friendly mood that just makes everyone in a better mood. Airports can be stressful so I'm sure they deal with some cranky customers but this employee is always so positive and make sure the customer gets what they come for. They were working the cashier the last couple times I came but they might be the manager I'm not sure..either way I wanted to leave a review on how great of an employee they are!!

I've eaten here twice in the past week. Once was early in the morning (about 6:30) and the other in the evening (about 7 pm). Both times, the food was ok. Better than some airport food but not as good as a typical Chic-fil-a. Likewise the service was below or of a normal Chick-fil-a. The folks on the morning shift were not friendly and barely interacted with customers. The evening staff were better but nowhere near the level of friendliness one would expect to see at a normal Chick-fil-A. Ultimately, you are limited in what you can eat at TPA. This is certainly not the worst option.

Emma provided excellent service. The coffee was piping hot and delicious. I've never been to a Chik-fil-A before so this was a nice experience. Not too expensive either. Willbe back again when I am in Tampa.

CFA seems to enjoy cult status. Not sure why. Ordered a breakfast sandwich yesterday at Tampa Airport. Was served a chicken nugget on a biscuit. Pictures show actual junk served vs. menu picture. Would avoid!
