Quick service and good food for the price and timeframe. The order was taken by a trainee and the manager did a great job teaching the newbee.

Lobby closed. 3 employees on site. It's not a labor shortage. Chick-fil-A has 25 employees on site. It's a mismanagement issue. Do better. We are headed to Moe's. Gonna be $10 a person either place. I'm not gonna eat in my car.

I am a delivery driver. I drove 15 minutes to get to this Taco Bell & I got there at 12:45 but the doors were locked & I went through the drive through twice, being ignored both times until I pulled up to the window and was looking at the workers. A man said they were closed, from several feet away from the drive through window, which was closed. I held up my phone to show him that I only needed to pick up an order that should have already been made but he refused to serve me. So I had to cancel my order. There goes that chance at making money. And my poor customer isn’t getting their food. Worse yet, they probably think it’s my fault somehow. The night staff at this restaurant were just rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional!

We walked inside this Taco Bell at approximately 7pm on a Saturday evening- 3/12/21. My boyfriend and I were at the kiosk machine picking out what we wanted to order and we were about half way through when someone said the inside was not open and we would have to go outside and go through the drive they. We were literally already ordering at the machine. We were in shock they actually wanted us to leave and go outside to order when the doors were clearly unlocked and appeared to be open for service inside. That was poor judgment on this possible (?) manager. Not exactly our fault that the doors were unlocked and nothing on the fire saying not open inside. We were definitely put off by this experience and did not go through the drive thru as this was very unprofessional.
